We will service your system per NFPA 96 (National Fire Protection Agency) and IKECA (International Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Association) standards.
Our trained service technicians will perform a kitchen exhaust cleaning on all accessible areas of your system. We will arrive at the scheduled time to greet our customer and immediately cover all areas needed with plastic to provide containment of our cleaning and protect adjacent customer equipment and supplies. Then we begin cleaning the kitchen exhaust fan, duct and access panels from the roof. After these tasks are completed will service all access panels and duct above the kitchen exhaust hood. Some of these areas are not serviced by some restaurant hood cleaning, exhaust hood cleaning and commercial hood cleaning companies, which means you are not receiving quality service. Each of the areas not serviced dramatically increases the fire risk to your store. The final part of the job is cleaning the filters and kitchen exhaust hood, including a shinning. Our trained service technicians will clean up our area serviced and then utilize our "Quality Control Checklist", to validate our quality service.
New customers receive initial service discount.
